美国和越南引进甘蔗新种质隔离检疫及农艺性状评价 被引量:1

Assessment of Agronomic Traits and Quarantine Disease of Newly Introduced Sugarcane Germplasm from USA and Vietnem

摘要 为了检测从美国和越南引进的甘蔗材料是否携带有检疫性的斐济病和白条病等病害,并观察其在广西蔗区的农艺性状,以筛选出健康优良的甘蔗新种质。根据引种检疫程序,本研究对引进的41个甘蔗材料在隔离种植期间进行检疫性病害甘蔗斐济病和白条病分子检测。PCR(RT-PCR)结果显示斐济病和白条病均呈阴性,无检疫性病害发生。大田试验对赤腐病、黄斑病、轮斑病、梢腐病、花叶病、黑穗病、锈病和褐条病等常见病害进行了观察,有18份种质未发现有上述病害。根据病害检测结果及田间农艺性状的表现,筛选出8份美国甘蔗种质和4份越南甘蔗种质进入下一轮品种比较试验,为进一步的抗病育种提供优良抗源材料和科学依据。 The objectives of this study were to detect the status of Fiji disease virus(FDV)and sugarcane leaf scald(SCLD)in the newly introduced sugarcane gcrmplasm from USA and Vietnam,and obsen'e their agronomic per-fonnanccs in Guangxi sugarcane growing area,to provide references for screening healthy elite resistant sugarcane germplasm.Following the sugarcane quarantine procedure,41 newly introduced sugarcane gennplasm accessions were grown in isolated quarantine area for FDV and SCLD detection,and the PCR(RT-PCR)results showed negative reaction to both FDV and SCLD.Further,field experiments were conducted for survey of their agronomic performance and resistance to red rot disease,yellow spot,ring spot vims,pokkah boeng,mosaic,smut,rust and brown stripe diseases,and the result showed that eighteen germplasm accessions were resistant to these diseases.Based on the experimental results,8 accessions from USA and 4 accessions from Vietnam were selected for next variety test.This study provided resistant gcrmplasm materials and scientific references for further sugarcane disease resistance breeding.
