视屏暴露和家庭养育环境对儿童行为问题的影响分析

Analysis of the impact of video exposure and home nurture environment on children’s behavioral problems

目的探讨视屏暴露和家庭养育环境对儿童心理行为的影响,为早期干预从而促进儿童心理行为健康发展提供参考。方法于2017年12月采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取铜陵市10所幼儿园4?5岁儿童作为研究对象。采用自行设计的问卷及“城市3~6岁儿童家庭养育环境量表”、“Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)”作为研究工具。结果学龄前儿童视屏暴露>2h/d报告率39.4%。家庭养育环境良好的占13.1%,较差15.5%,—般71.4%。检出行为问题儿童426例(32.04%),男女童行为问题检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.501,P=0.001)。视屏暴露是否过度的儿童行为问题发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。家庭养育环境总分及各因子评分不同等级的儿童行为问题发生率均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论儿童行为问题与视屏暴露和家庭养育环境关系密切,保持良好的家庭养育环境、适度控制视屏时间可以减少儿童行为问题的发生。

Objective Analyze the effects of video exposure and home nurture environm ent on ch ild ren's psychological behavior,and provide guidance for early intervention,thus promoting the healthy development of children's psychological behavior.Methods In Decem ber 2017,a random cluster sampling method was used to select children from 4 to 5 years old in 10 kindergartens in Tongling City as research objects.A self-designed questionnaire and the"3~6 years Child Home Nurture Environment Scale"and"Achenbach's Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL)"were used as research tools.Results Preschool ch ild ren's video exposure>2h/d report rate of 39.4%.The home nurture environment was good at 13.1%,which was 15.5%worse,generally 71.4%.426 children(32.94%)were found to have behavioral problem s,and the difference in the detection rate of behavioral problems between boys and girls was statistically significant(χ^2=9.501 P=0.001).There was a difference in the incidence of excessive child behavior problems(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the incidence of behavioral problems among children with different levels of home nurture environment and different factors(P<0.001).Conclusion Child behavior problems are closely related to video exposure and home nurture environment.Maintaining a good home nurture environment and moderately controlling video time can reduce the occurrence of child behavior problems.
