摘要
介绍了PSB830精轧螺纹钢筋力学性能要求和生产工艺,分析了生产过程中易出现的问题,采取措施进行优化,生产出满足GB/T20065-2016标准要求的PSB830精轧螺纹钢筋。
In the paper, the mechanical performance requirements and production processes of PSB830 finished reinforced bar were introduced, and the problems easy to occur in the production process were analyzed, the corresponding measures were taken and optimized, and then PSB830 finished reinforced bar meeting the requirement of standard GB/T20065-2016 was produced.
