莱钢含铁炉料熔滴性能试验研究

摘要 对莱钢常用的含铁炉料单种矿以及混合矿进行了熔滴性能试验,通过试验分析:常用球团矿中,鲁南球熔滴性能最好;常用块矿中,纽曼块的熔滴性能最好;烧结矿熔滴性能随着烧结机的增大,其烧结矿的熔滴性能更优;烧结与球团及块矿相比较,烧结矿具有最好的熔滴性能;混合炉料的熔滴性能指标体现了各单种炉料的互补性,因此,需要进一步加强混合炉料结构的优化研究,保证高炉炉况的稳定顺行,降低高炉冶炼成本。 For the single and mixed ores of iron-bearing furnace burden commonly used in Laiwu Steel,the experiments on their droplet properties were carried out,and through experimental analysis,it was showed that,among the pellets commonly used,the droplet property of Lunan pellet was best;among the lump ores commonly used,the droplet property of the lump ore from Newman was best;with the increase of sintering machine,the droplet property of sinter was better,Compared with sinter,pellets and lump ores,the sinter had the hest droplet property,and the droplet property of mixed furnace burden embodied the complementarity of each single burden,therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the study on the structure optimization of mixed furnace burden to guarantee the stable and smooth operation of blast furnace and decrease the cost of blast furnace smelting.
