Comparison between the High-temperature/High-pressure and Medium-temperature/Medium-pressure Boiler Technologies for Coke Dry Quenching

以莱钢1^#、3^#干熄焦锅炉为例,结合生产的实际情况对干熄焦高温高压锅炉和中温中压锅炉进行了技术比较与分析,得出了干熄焦高温高压锅炉与中温中压锅炉在工艺参数控制、设备选型、节能及生产管理等方面存在的差异。

Taking Laiwu steel 1~#, 3~# dry quenching boilers as examples, combined with the actual production situation, the comparison and analysis between dry quenching high-temperature, high-pressure boilers and dry quenching medium-temperature, medium-pressure boilers was carried out, and then the difference between dry quenching high-temperature, high-pressure boilers and dry quenching medium-temperature, medium-pressure boilers in aspects of process parameter control, equipment selection, energy saving and production management was found out.
