摘要
目的:探讨对高血压患者进行程序化健康教育的效果。方法:将江苏省南通市通州区第三人民医院接诊的180例高血压患者随机分为程序教育组和常规教育组。在对两组患者进行治护期间,对常规教育组患者进行常规的健康教育,对程序教育组患者进行程序化健康教育。然后对比两组患者掌握高血压知识的优良率、遵医行为的优良率、对护理的满意率、收缩压和舒张压。结果:接受健康教育后,程序教育组患者掌握高血压知识的优良率(83.33%)、遵医行为的优良率(88.89%)、对护理的满意率(98.89%)均高于常规教育组患者掌握高血压知识的优良率(57.78%)、遵医行为的优良率(71.11%)、对护理的满意率(80%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.98、5.25、4.08,P<0.05);其收缩压〔(121.34±7.32)mmHg〕、舒张压〔(82.41±5.46)mmHg〕均低于常规教育组患者的收缩压〔(128.11±8.45)mmHg〕、舒张压〔(86.26±6.13)mmHg〕,差异有统计学意义(t=3.67、3.05,P<0.05)。结论:对高血压患者进行程序化健康教育的效果较为理想,能够提高其对自身病情的认识程度,改善其遵医行为,从而有助于控制其血压。
objective:to explore the effect of programmed health education on hypertension patients.Methods:180 cases of hypertensive patients received by tongzhou district third people’s hospital in nantong city,jiangsu province were randomly divided into procedural education group and routine education group.During the treatment and care of patients in the two groups,patients in the routine education group were given routine health education,and patients in the procedural education group were given procedural health education.Then compare the excellent and good rate of the knowledge of hypertension,the excellent and good rate of compliance with medical behavior,the satisfaction rate of nursing,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups.Results:after receiving health education,the program education group of patients master the knowledge of hypertension was(83.33%),according to the medical behavior of fine rate(88.89%),to the satisfaction of nursing(98.89%)were higher than in conventional education group patients master the knowledge of hypertension was(57.78%),according to the medical behavior of fine rate(71.11%),to the satisfaction of nursing(80%),the difference was statistically significant(χsquared=7.98,5.25,4.08,P<0.05);Systolic blood pressure((121.34±7.32)mmHg)and diastolic blood pressure((82.41±5.46)mmHg)were lower than those in the conventional education group((128.11±8.45)mmHg)and diastolic blood pressure((86.26±6.13)mmHg),with statistically significant differences(t=3.67,3.05,P<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of programmed health education on hypertensive patients is ideal,which can improve their understanding of their own condition,improve their compliance behavior,and thus help to control their blood pressure.
