摘要
针对医用输液瓶聚丙烯(PP)树脂成型加工中存在溶剂可溶出物含量偏高、挤-拉-吹成型易破损、灌装消毒发黄等状况进行了分析,分析发现树脂中低相对分子质量聚合物含量偏高、乙烯分布不均是造成上述状况的原因。通过调整给电子体注入量、乙烯加入方式、环管反应器一环、二环淤浆密度,并优化脱气与干燥系统工艺改善医用输液瓶PP树脂性能,成功生产出输液瓶牌号RP260工业化产品,产品总有机碳(TOC)含量低、冲击强度优异、弯曲模量高,加工应用表明可完全替代进口同类产品。
The reason for high solvent soluble matter content,easy breakage of extrusion-pull-blow molding and yellowing of filling disinfection in polypropylene resin for medical infusion bottles was analyzed.It was found that high content of low molecular weight polymer and uneven distribution of ethylene in the resin were the reasons for these situations.By adjusting the injection volume of electron donor,the adding mode of ethylene,the slurry density of the first and second rings of loop reactor,and optimizing the degassing and drying system process,the PP resin performance of medical infusion bottle was improved.The representative brand RP260 of infusion bottle was successfully industrialized.The product has low TOC content,excellent impact strength and high bending modulus.The processing application shows that it can completely replace imported products.
