摘要
针对电子琴键内部存在斜扣的问题,设计了一副基于斜销抽芯的电子琴键注塑模。鉴于电子琴塑件外表面存在的凹凸结构,采用内侧抽芯机构协助脱模,根据塑件的结构参数,设计浇注系统、推出系统等结构,同时设计了环形冷却水路和对称排布型腔结构。生产实践表明,该注塑模具适用于电子琴键大批量生产。
Aiming at the problem of oblique buckle in electronic keys,a set of injection mold for electronic keys based on oblique pin core pulling was designed.In view of the concave and convex structure on the external surface of plastic parts of electronic keys,the inner core pulling mechanism was needed to help demoulding.According to the parameters of plastic parts,pouring system,pushing system and other system were designed.The mold processing technology,the annular cooling channel and symmetrical cavity structure were designed.Production practice shows that the injection mold is suitable for mass production.
