摘要 以冷水壶塑件为例,基于色阶图的变动指数法,通过对冷却水路配置、成型镶件材质进行比较优化,发现冷却水路配置为1.0∶2.0∶5.0(水路直径、水路与制品表面距离、水路间距分别为10,20,50 mm)时,镶件材质为铍铜合金,可得到较低的产品应力和合理的温度分布,产品冷却固化均匀,成型周期短。实践证明,在模具制造之前,进行必要的冷却设计优化,能有效减少试模次数与修改模具费用,大幅提升生产效能。 Taking the cold kettle plastic parts as an example,based on the variable index method of color order graph,the configuration of cooling water path and the material of molding insert were compared and optimized.When the cooling water configuration(waterway diameter,waterway and product surface distance,distance between water is 10,20,50 mm)is 1.0∶2.0∶5.0 and the insert material is beryllium copper alloy,the low product stress and reasonable temperature distribution can be obtained.The product cooling and curing is uniform,and the forming period is short.Practice has proved that before the mold is manufactured,the necessary cooling design optimization can effectively reduce the number of trials and modify the mold cost,and greatly improve the production efficiency.
