基于混合数据结构建模技术的弃土场设计

摘要 针对传统二维弃土场设计方法存在效率低、工程量计算误差大等缺点,采用NURBS技术建立三维地形结构面,同时基于“点-线-面”算法,采用参数化建模方法重构弃土场表层结构面,最终通过B-Rep技术对地形结构面与弃土场表层结构面进行精确布尔运算,从而实现对弃土场三维模型的精确模拟。基于上述建立的弃土场三维模型,通过对模型任意垂直、水平方向的剖切以及水平投影操作,可迅速获取弃土场标准化二维设计横、纵剖面及平面布置图,并可通过Volume()及Area()两个函数快速计算弃土场弃土容量及对应的占地面积。该方法在厄瓜多尔米拉多铜矿南区截水沟工程实践表明,采用基于混合数据结构建模技术的弃土场设计,可大大提供设计的效率、可靠性及工程量计算精度,对于类似工程设计具有很好的借鉴作用。 Aiming at the defects of the conventional 2-D design method of spoil ground,i.e.lower efficiency,larger error from the quantity calculation for construction,etc.,a 3-D landform structural plane is established with the technique of NURBS,while the surface structural plane of spoil ground is rebuilt with the parametric modeling method based on point-line-surface algorithm,thus accurate Boolean operation is made on both the landform structural plane and the surface structural plane of spoil ground through B-Rep technique,from which the accurate simulation of the 3-D model of spoil ground is realized.On the basis of the 3-D model of spoil ground mentioned above,the standardized horizontal and longitudinal profiles as well as plane layout of spoil ground can be quickly obtained through arbitrarily vertically and horizontally-sectioning and horizontal projection,while the spoil capacity and its corresponding occupied area of spoil ground can be quickly calculated through the functions of Volume()and Area().From the engineering practice of the interception ditch in the southern part of Mirador Copper Mine in Ecuador,it is indicated that the spoil ground design made with the hybrid data structure modeling technique can largely enhance the efficiency and reliability of the design and the accuracy of the quantity calculation for the construction,and then provide a better reference for the design of the similar project concerned.
