摘要
通过考虑不同光强下电池开路和短路时候的J-V曲线,并对测量值开展参数提取。采用两种不同的拟合方法来提取串并联电阻、二极管理想因子n以及反向饱和电流密度J0,并利用拟合曲线与实验数据对比及理论与实验Voc的值对比分析,结果表明:所给出提取参数方法的可行性和正确性;以及方法1确定的二极管参数获得的理论值Voc与实验值具有大的偏差,而理论计算的性能参数使用方法2,其开路电压Voc与相应的实验性能参数能够很好地匹配。
By considering the J-V curve of battery opening and shorting circuit under different light intensities,parameter extraction is carried out through linear fitting of measured values.Two different fitting methods are used to extract the series-parallel resistance,the diode ideal factor n and the reverse saturation current density J 0,by comparing the fitting curve with the experimental data and comparing the value of the theoretical and experimental V oc.It is shown that the method of extracting parameters is feasible and correct,and the theoretical value of V oc obtained from the approach 1 has not matched with the experimental value,and the theoretically calculated performance parameters using approach 2,open circuit voltage V oc matches well with the corresponding experimental performance parameters.
