摘要 针对残留农药快速实时检测的要求,设计了一型基于激发荧光光谱原理的检测仪。该仪器由激光器、滤光片分光系统、光电倍增管等构成高性能光路系统,采用相关检测方法提取微弱荧光信号,并通过与标准仪器校准、最小二乘法等,得到了残留农药浓度工作曲线,最大测量误差不超过3.6%。测量结果表明:该检测仪通过构建高性能光路系统和高信噪比微弱信号提取电路,提高了仪器工作稳定性,测量误差满足仪器设计和使用要求。 According to the requirement of rapid and real-time detection of pesticide residues,a type of detector based on the principle of excitation fluorescence spectrum was designed.The instrument used a laser,a filter spectroscopic system and a photomultiplier tube to construct high-performance optical system,and the weak fluorescence signal was extracted by relevant detection methods,also the working curve of residual pesticide concentration was obtained by calibration with the standard instrument and the least square method,the maximum measurement error does not exceed 3.6%.The test showed that the instrument improved the working stability by building high-performance light path system and high signal to noise ratio weak signal extraction circuit,and the test error was consistent with the design and use requirements.
