摘要
当前我国的师范教育不仅受到信息化时代的挑战与影响,而且受到中国社会主要矛盾已经转移的社会现实的影响。在此背景下,师范教育的政策、体系、重点等正在进行着战略调整。新时代我国新师范教育的体系可表述为"两类三级师范教育体系",所谓"两类"是指职前培养体系与职后培训体系,所谓"三级"是指"高水平大学(非师范类)、重点师范大学、地方师范大学三级教师培养体系"。构建新师范教育体系,要把提高教师教育质量作为当前工作的根本任务,在政策上要将教师教育重心逐渐上移,要努力提高师范生生源质量,要深化教师教育课程与教学改革,要加强师范院校与基础教育之间的通力合作。
At present,China's normal education is not only challenged by the Information Age,but also affected by the social reality caused by the social principal contradictions.In these circumstances,policies,systems and priorities of normal education are undergoing strategic adjustment.China's new normal education system in the new era can be expressed as“two-type and three-level normal education system".The“two-type"refers to the pre-service training system and postservice training system.The“three-level"means high-level university(non-normal),key normal university,local normal university which are composed of teacher training system.In order to construct the new normal education system,it is necessary to improve the quality of teacher education as the fundamental task of the current work,which needs the support of national policies as well.For example,to improve the quality of normal university students,to deepen the curriculum and teaching reform of teacher education,and strengthen the full cooperation between normal universities and elementary education.
