The development history of Chinese modern aesthetic education reflects the restructuring of both the histories of aesthetics and arts,as well as a process that aestheticians and artists concerning about the education made full use of available beneficial factors and structured both education with Chinese characteristics in a manner regardless of Chinese or western cultures under the context of eastward transmission of western sciences.The past like-minded people with respect to aesthetic education were dedicated to modern artistic education and aesthetic enlightenment proceeding from innovation of aesthetic education ideas,establishment of aesthetic education institutions,system planning of aesthetic educators’cultivation,and an earnest participation in aesthetic and artistic education practice.From the standpoint of seeing the mass as paramount,He Lvting,the artist who made remarkable contributions passed on the sediments accumulated over the years,unremittingly spread thoughts of modern aesthetic education,and carried out effective practice on aesthetic and artistic education with a mission of dedication to China and Chinese Communist Party.What has been fulfilled is a great aspiration to the cause of aesthetic education nowadays.
