吉林省对外开放的新思路——兼论把长春建设成欧亚大陆桥的重要节点城市

New Ideas of Jilin’s Opening up to the Outside World——On the Construction of Changchun Into an Important Node City of Eurasian Continental Bridge Concurrently

振兴吉林省需要着力扩大开放,由此形成倒逼深化改革和经济增长的新动力。吉林省应当跳出东北亚区域,从全球角度来思考对外开放的格局,借重"一带一路"倡议的欧亚大陆桥寻找突破口。吉林省在东北的优越地理位置可以开展三个方向的开放,即:"向东"开放联通东北亚各国,"向南"开放面向环渤海、京津冀地区,"向西"开放与欧洲开展经贸合作的发展大格局。核心步骤是利用一类口岸优势把长春建设成欧亚大陆桥内陆的重要节点城市。这是长春打造"中国向西开放前哨"的动力引擎,是打开长春以至于全省通向世界的"战略突破口"。

To revitalize Jilin Province,we need to open wider to the outside world,thus forming a new impetus for deepening reform and economic growth.Jilin province should jump out of the Northeast Asia region,thinking from a global perspective to consider the pattern of opening up to the outside world,to borrow the "belt and road" Eurasia Continental bridge to find a breakthrough.The core work is to build Changchun into an important node in the Eurasian Continental Bridge with the first class port.This is the power engine for Changchun to create "China's opening to the west" and the "strategic breakthrough"to open Changchun and Jilin province to the world.The superior geographical position of Jilin Province in the Northeast can open three directions,forming the "eastward" opening of the Northeast Asia,opening to the area around the Bohai,Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and opening to the West and developing the economic and trade cooperation with Europe.
