我国劳模创新工作室发展历程、现实困境及路径选择

一直以来,劳模工作都是各级工会组织的主要工作,如何将劳模工作的效能发挥到最大,是当前摆在工会组织面前的一项重大课题。在注重创新和大力推进经济高质量发展的今天,作为工会组织一种全新的工作形式,劳模创新工作室的组建不仅可以通过良性可持续的“传帮带”,进一步放大劳模品牌效应,打造出一支学习能力强、创新能力强、业务素质高的人才队伍,而且可以通过技术、管理、服务上的创新,使其成为提高企业乃至社会的自主创新能力并促进科学技术转化成现实生产力的创新平台。本文以江西省劳模创新工作室发展情况为例,梳理我国劳模创新工作室的发展历程,分析其在发展过程中产生的问题,并结合实际情况提出有效建议。

Labor model work has always been the main work of trade union organizations at all levels,and how to maximize the effectiveness of labor model work is an important issue facing trade union organizations.In today's economy-accelerating and innovation-oriented development,as a new form of work for trade unions,the establishment of labor model innovation studios can not only further magnify the brand effect of labor models by virtue of a benign and sustainable situation of passing on experience,helping and guiding people,but also create a team of talents with strong learning ability,innovative ability and high professional quality.Moreover,it can become an innovative platform for value pursuit and ultimate goal through innovation in technology,management and service to improve the independent innovation ability of units and even society,and to promote the transformation of science and technology into realistic productive forces.Through sorting out the development course of Labor Model Innovation Studio in China,by taking Jiangxi Labor Model Innovation Studio as an example,the author puts forward the problems in the process of development,and puts forward effective methods and suggestions according the actual situation.
