基于产业代谢的产业生态系统物质和能量流动管理模型构建 被引量:4

摘要 仿照自然生态系统,依照企业在产业生态系统中功能的异质性,可以将其分为生产者、消费者和分解者等不同构件。产业生态系统也由低级逐渐发展变化到高级、由简单逐渐发展变化到复杂的持续而有序的演替与进化过程,而且不同阶段的资源能源利用率和废弃物排放情况也不一样。本文基于产业代谢理论,对产业生态系统物质和能量流动进行原理刻画和数量建模,优化耦合和综合调整产业生态系统中的不同部门和不同环节,并提出微观系统企业层面大力推动实施清洁生产、中观系统产业层面大力发展高效生态产业以及宏观系统制度层面进行外部性内在化的制度创新等物质和能量流动管理的对策建议。 Similar to natural ecosystem,according to the heterogeneity of the enterprise's function in industrial ecosystem,enterprises can be divided into different components such as producers,consumers and decomposers.Industrial ecosystem has evolved from low-level to high-level,and from simply gradual development to complexly continuous and orderly evolution process.The utilization rate of resources and energy and waste emissions at different stages are different.Based on the theory of industrial metabolism,this paper describes and quantitatively models the material and energy flow in the industrial ecosystem,guides the optimization and coupling and comprehensive adjustment of different sectors and links in the industrial ecosystem,and puts forward suggestions on the management of material and energy flows that the enterprise level of micro-system should vigorously promote the implementation of cleaner production,the industrial level of meso-system should vigorously develop the efficient ecological industry and the macro-system level should vigorously promote institutional innovation in the internalization of externalities.
