新零售背景下零售企业供应链整合创新机制

互联网时代供应链已成为企业的核心竞争力。企业之间的竞争不再是产品和服务的竞争,而是供应链之间的竞争。本文以新零售为背景,剖析“新零售”的概念,提炼“新零售”供应链的特征和结构,直观呈现如今新零售企业供应链发展的特点和各个主体之间的关系,提炼新零售企业供应链要素,提出新零售时代供应链的整合要求,并构建新零售供应链整合创新机制以挖掘其运营模式,包括即时响应机制、人工智能化机制、服务创新与定制化机制和技术创新机制,提出积极获取互联网技术资源、重视顾客的体验交流、引导供应链多主体的积极参与策略,实现供应链整合的协同发展,线上与线下供应链的融合,以期为新零售企业供应链整合发展提供有益建议。

Under the background of Internet,the supply chain has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.The competitiveness between enterprises is not the competition of products and services,but the competition between different supply chains management.This paper,based on the new retail as the background,analyzes the concept of the"New Retail",extracts the characteristics and structure of the"New Retail"supply chain,presents the characteristics of the supply chain development of the new retail enterprise and the relation between the various subjects,and refines the supply chain elements of the new retail enterprise.It puts forward the whole demand of the supply chain in the new retail age,and constructs the whole innovation mechanism of the new retail supply chain to dig its operation mode,including the prompt response mechanism,the artificial intelligence mechanism,the service innovation and the customization mechanism and the technological innovation mechanism,and puts forward the strategies of actively obtaining Internet technical resources,paying attention to customer experience communication,guiding the active participation of multi-agents in supply chain,and realizing the coordinated development of supply chain integration and the integration of online and offline supply chain,in order to provide useful suggestions for the integration and development of supply chain in new retail enterprises.
