摘要 针对当前再生胶原蛋白纤维的研究较少,文章对胶原蛋白锦纶及其织物进行综合性能测试分析,探究不同纬纱含量及不同组织对织物性能的影响,并利用模糊数学综合评价方法对织物进行综合性能优劣的选择。对4个系列33种织物分别以涤纶和黏胶作为经线,以胶原蛋白锦纶和棉纱作为纬线,按照九种不同比例,以不同组织进行设计。结果表明:胶原蛋白锦纶蛋白质含量为2.31%,其主要成分和基团与锦纶66基本一致,断裂强力比普通锦纶高18%;胶原蛋白锦纶织物质地坚牢,表面光洁,抗紫外性及抗菌性能优良,适合开发高档内着衣物。 At present,the researches on regenerated collagen fibers are few.In this paper,the comprehensive properties of collagen nylon and its fabrics were tested and analyzed,and the effects of different weft yarn content and different weaves on the properties of the fabrics were investigated.The comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics was used to select the comprehensive performance of the fabric.In this paper,4 series(including 33 kinds of fabrics)were involved.Polyester and viscose were used as warp,collagen nylon and cotton yarn were used as weft for design with different weaves according to the nine different ratios.The results showed that the protein content of collagen nylon fiber was 2.31%,and its main components and groups were basically same as that of nylon 66.The breaking strength of collagen nylon fiber was 18%higher than that of ordinary nylon fiber.Collagen nylon fabric is firm and smooth on the surface.It has excellent anti-ultraviolet and anti-bacterial properties and is suitable for developing high-grade clothing.
