摘要
以葡萄糖和乙二醇直接糖苷化反应合成乙二醇葡萄糖苷,再分别与己酸、辛酸和月桂酸反应,合成了三种表面活性剂,采用FTIR和1H NMR对产物结构进行表征,并对乙二醇葡萄糖苷己酸酯、乙二醇葡萄糖苷辛酸酯、乙二醇葡萄糖苷月桂酸酯的理化性能和应用性能进行了比较。实验结果表明,随着乙二醇葡萄糖苷脂肪醇酯上疏水链的增长,表面张力和临界胶束浓度都随之减小;同时随着乙二醇葡萄糖苷脂肪醇酯疏水链上直链烷基碳原子数的增加,非离子表面活性剂的乳化性、润湿渗透性、起泡性能、钙皂分散性、保湿能力和去污力均增强,而稳泡性和吸湿性能减弱。
Glycol glucoside was synthesized by direct glycosidation of glucose and ethylene glycol,and then reacted with hexanoate,octanoate and lauric acid respectively to synthesize three surfactants.The structure of the product was characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR,and the physical and chemical properties and application properties of ethylene glycol glucoside hexanoate,ethylene glycol glucoside octanoate and ethylene glycol glucoside laurate were compared.The experimental results show that as the hydrophobic group on the glycol glucoside fatty alcohol ester grows,the surface tension and the critical micelle mass concentration decrease.At the same time,with the increase of the number of linear alkyl carbon atoms on the hydrophobic chain of ethylene glycol glucoside fatty alcohol ester,the emulsification,wetting permeability,foaming property,calcium soap dispersibility and moisturizing ability and detergency of nonionic surfactant are enhanced,while the foam stability and moisture absorption performance are weakened.
