摘要 综述了以生产高性能纤维为目的的超高分子量聚乙烯的研究进展。从催化剂和工艺的角度概述超高分子量聚乙烯的制备方法,介绍超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的制备方法及应用领域。通过催化剂、制备工艺的调整与配合得到具有适宜相对分子质量分布、颗粒形态、粒径分布的超高分子量聚乙烯,加之与聚合物性能相适应的纤维制备工艺,可得到具有优异性能的超高分子量聚乙烯纤维。 Advances in the research of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)for the production of high-performance fiber were reviewed.The polymerization of UHMWPE was summarized,mainly focusing on catalysts and polymerization process.The production and application of UHMWPE fiber were also introduced.With the adjustment and cooperation of catalyst and polymerization process,UHMWPE with proper molecular weight distribution,particle morphology and size distribution could be produced.Combined with suitable production technology,highperformance UHMWPE fiber with excellent performance could be produced.
