摘要
文章主要针对近些年我国大力推行的EPC工程总承包的实行,从设计、采购、施工三个阶段阐述如何进行EPC的成本控制,旨对未来EPC模式的进一步发展提供些许参考。
The article mainly focuses on the implementation of the EPC project general contracting system that has been vigorously promoted in China in recent years.It explains how to carry out EPC cost control from the three stages of design,procurement and construction,and provides some reference for the further development of the future EPC mode.
