With the enhanced breadth and depth of the two-way opening up of China's financial markets,the RMB is becoming a new option of financing currencies for the various economies around the world.Since the introduction of the pilot scheme for cross-border RMB businesses,Bank of China has regarded it as a strategic focus,and strives to be the main channel for the cross-border circulation of RMB and the leader in the innovation of RMB financial products and services.The article probes into the status quo and constraints of the RMB as an international financing currency,and proposes relevant suggestions for promoting the financing function of the RMB.
