摘要
采用单因素实验和响应面实验对产黄酮银杏内共生真菌卷枝毛霉SN2017的发酵工艺进行了优化。确定最优发酵工艺为:初始pH值5.5、发酵温度30℃、接种量9.7%、通风量6.5 L·min^-1,在此条件下,银杏总黄酮产量可达56.63 mg·L^-1,比目前文献报道的最高产量提高了142%。为规模化生产提供了理论基础。
We optimized the fermentation process of flavonoids-producing endophytes fungi Mucor circinelloides SN2017 from Ginkgo biloba L.by single-factor experiments and response surface methodologies.The results show that the optimum fermentation process are determined as follows:the initial pH value of 5.5,the fermentation temperature of 30℃,the inoculation of 9.7%,and the aeration rate of 6.5 L·min^-1.Under above conditions,the production of Ginkgo biloba total flavonoids can reach 56.63 mg·L^-1,which increases by 142%compared with that reported in current literature.This study provides a theoretical basis for large-scale production.
