敌敌畏和辛硫磷对3龄柞蚕幼虫的毒性比较试验

Toxicity Comparison Test of Dichlorvos and Phoxim to the 3th Instar Larva of Antheraea pernyi

通过试验测试敌敌畏和辛硫磷对3龄柞蚕幼虫的毒性,并系统观察了药剂处理3龄柞蚕幼虫后的中毒症状及安全间隔期。结果表明:敌敌畏处理3龄柞蚕幼虫的LC50为99.160 mg/L,对3龄及3龄以上柞蚕幼虫的安全间隔期至少3 d以上;辛硫磷处理3龄柞蚕幼虫的LC50为68.627 mg/L,对3龄及3龄以上柞蚕幼虫安全间隔期至少2 d以上。

The toxicity of dichlorvos and phoxim to the 3th instar tussah larvae were tested and the toxic symptoms and interval of dichlorvos and phoxim to 3th instar tussah larvae were systematically observed.The results showed that the LC50 of dichlorvos to the 3th instar tussah larvae was 99.160 mg/L.The safe interval of dichlorvos to the 3th and over 3th instar tussah larvae was more than 3 d.The LC50 of phoxim to the 3th instar tussah larvae was 68.627 mg/L.The safe interval of phoxim to the 3th and over 3th instar tussah larvae was more than 2 d.
