血清环状RNA PTENP1、HIPK3联合β-HCG在绒毛膜癌诊断和预后评估中的价值

Value of Serum Circular RNA PTENP1 and HIPK3 Combined with β-HCG in the Diagnosis and Prognosis Evaluation of Choriocarcinoma

目的探究血清环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)PTENP1、HIPK3联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚基(β-Human chorionic gonadotropin,β-HCG)对绒毛膜癌诊断、发病风险预测及预后评估的价值。方法收集绒毛膜癌患者140例,同期收取健康体检女性140例,比较绒毛膜癌患者与健康体检女性血清circRNA-PTENP1、circRNA-HIPK3和β-HCG水平。结果绒毛膜癌患者血清circRNA-PTENP1、circRNA-HIPK3和β-HCG水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。血清circRNA-PTENP1、circRNA-HIPK3和β-HCG鉴别绒毛膜癌的灵敏度/特异性分别为73.7%/90.7%、78.5%/86.9%和70.2%/59.3%,联合三项指标的灵敏度/特异性为92.3%/83.4%。二元logistic回归多因素分析显示,血清高circRNA-PTENP1和高circRNA-HIPK3水平是绒毛膜癌发病的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。相比低PTENP1组和低HIPK3组,高PTENP1组和高HIPK3组生存率显著降低;而低β-HCG组和高β-HCG组间生存率差异无统计学意义。结论血清circRNA-PTENP1、circRNA-HIPK3和β-HCG对绒毛膜癌诊断及预后评价有重要意义。

Objective To explore the value of serum circular RNA(circRNA)PTENP1,HIPK3 combined withβ-Human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)in the diagnosis,risk prediction and prognosis of choriocarcinoma.Methods 140 patients with choriocarcinoma were collected,and 140 healthy women were enrolled at the same time.Serum circRNA-PTENP1,circRNA-HIPK3 andβ-HCG levels were compared between women with choriocarcinoma and healthy women.Results The serum levels of circRNA-PTENP1,circRNA-HIPK3 andβ-HCG in patients with choriocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P<0.05).The sensitivity/specificity of serum circRNA-PTENP1,circRNA-HIPK 3 andβ-HCG in the differential diagnosis of choriocarcinoma were 73.7%/90.7%,78.5%/86.9%and 70.2%/59.3%,respectively.The sensitivity/specificity of the combined three indexes was 92.3%/83.4%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that high serum circRNA-PTENP1 and high circRNA-HIPK3 levels were independent risk factors for choriocarcinoma(P<0.05).Compared with the low PTENP1 group and the low HIPK3 group,the survival rate of the high PTENP1 group and the high HIPK3 group was significantly lower,but there was no significant difference between lowβ-HCG group and highβ-HCG group.Conclusion Serum circRNA-PTENP1,circRNA-HIPK3 andβ-HCG are important for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of choriocarcinoma.
