摘要
针对蚕庄金矿上庄矿区存在的采充不平衡,以及井下滤水增加、胶结料流失严重和充填体强度达不到要求等问题,分析了充填系统存在的问题及原因,并对其进行改造。主要的改造措施有:重新设计地表充填站,改卧式砂仓为立式砂仓,试验选择胶结充填材料,对充填设备进行选型。工业应用表明:改造后的充填系统实现了连续充填,每班充填能力达150 m^3/h,且提升了充填料浆浓度,缩短了近一半的充填滤水时间,改造效果良好,可供同类型矿山参考借鉴。
There are problems such as imbalance between mining and filling,increasing underground drainage water,cemented materials loss,unqualified filling body strength in the Shangzhuang Mining District of Canzhuang Gold Mine.The paper analyzed the problems and their causes in filling system and renovated it:the surface filling stations were re-designed,replacing the horizontal sand cabin by vertical one,selected cemented filling materials and the filling equipment.Industrial application shows that the renovated filling system realized continuous filling with filling capacity reaching 150 m^3/h per shift.What’s more,the filling slurry concentration was improved and the drainage time is sho-rtened by nearly a half.The renovation outcome is good and the study can be used as reference by similar mines.
