摘要 某高硫铜钼多金属矿石中铜品位0.68%、钼品位0.021%,同时伴生有金、银,且硫高达8.45%。针对矿石性质,进行了混合浮选药剂制度试验研究。结果表明:C39捕收剂对该矿石的选择适应性好,在大幅减少石灰用量的条件下,可提高混合精矿铜品位及钼、金、银的回收率;闭路试验获得的混合精矿中铜品位23.180%、钼品位0.637%、金品位5.250%、银品位341.080%,铜回收率90.75%、钼回收率80.99%、金回收率76.60%、银回收率80.17%,选矿指标理想。 A copper molybdenum polymetallic ore with high sulfur content has copper grade 0.68%and molybdenum grade 0.021%and is associated with gold and silver,with sulfur content up to 8.45%.According to the ore property,experimental study on mixed flotation agent regime was carried out.The results show that the C39 collector has good adaptability to the selection of the ores.When the amount of lime is greatly reduced,the recovery rate of molybdenum,gold and silver can be improved while the copper grade of mixed concentrate is guaranteed.The mixed concentrate obtained in the closed circuit has copper grade 23.180%,molybdenum grade 0.637%,gold grade 5.250%and silver grade 341.080%,and the copper recovery rate is 90.75%,molybdenum recovery rate 80.99%,gold recovery rate 76.60%,silver recovery rate 80.17%.The beneficiation index is good.
