摘要
鼓风炉挥发熔炼具有低料柱、薄料层、高焦率和热炉顶等特点。以辰州矿业冶炼厂生产实践为例,介绍了鼓风炉挥发熔炼工艺流程、设备结构及优缺点,总结了生产过程中存在的能耗高、尾气二氧化硫无法回收利用、炉龄短及无序跑冒等问题,给出了解决措施及建议,为鼓风炉挥发熔炼工艺应用优化提供借鉴。
Blast furnace volatilization smelting is characterized by short feed column,thin feed layer,high coke rate and hot furnace top.The paper took the production practice of Chenzhou mining smeltery as a case study,introduced the flow sheet,equipment structure and advantages and disadvantages of the blast furnace volatilization smelting,summarized the problems such as high energy consumption,flue gas sulfur dioxide due to its reluctance for recovery,short furnace service life and disorderly running,and proposed solutions and suggestions,providing reference for the optimization of blasting furnace volatilization smelting application.
