2017年北京市石景山区公众结核病防治核心信息知晓率调查

Awareness rate of the core knowledge on tuberculosis prevention and control in the public in Shijingshan district of Beijing in 2017

目的了解北京市石景山区常住居民结核病防治核心信息知晓率,为结核病防治健康教育提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法进行抽样,参照北京市结核病控制研究所的结核病防治知识知晓率调查问卷设计调查表,2017年5-10月,对石景山区常住居民开展问卷调查,对调查对象的一般情况、知晓率等进行分析和统计学检验等。结果石景山区公众结核病防治核心信息总知晓率为63.54%(16 864/26540);肺结核病防治知识得分60分以上者所占比例女性高于男性,京籍高于非京籍;60分以上者随文化程度升高而升高,不同婚姻状况中以在婚者最高。肺结核病防治信息综合知识的多因素logistic分析,性别、户籍、文化程度是影响调查对象肺结核病防治核心信息知晓率的因素。结论石景山区公众结核病防治基础信息和管理政策信息掌握不平衡,应针对性的加强结核病防治政策性信息宣传,提高居民结核病防治核心知识知晓率。

Objective To understand the awareness rate of the core knowledge on tuberculosis prevention and control among the permanent residents in Shijingshan district of Beijing,and to provide the basis for health education on tuberculosis prevention and control.Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to select samples,and a questionnaire designed according to the questionnaire on the awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge from the Beijing Institute of Tuberculosis Control was used to conduct a survey from May to October in 2017 among the permanent residents in Shijingshan district.The general situation and awareness rate of the subjects were analyzed and statistically tested.Results The total public awareness rate of the core knowledge on tuberculosis prevention and control was 63.54%(16 864/26 540)in the public in Shijingshan District;the proportion of women who scored more than 60 points about the knowledge on tuberculosis prevention and control was higher than that of men;Beijing nationality is higher than non-Beijing nationality.The prportion of the individuals who scored more than 60 points increase as the level of education rises.Remarriage had the highest proportion among all marital status.Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,residence registration and education level were significantly associated with the awareness rate of the core knowledge on tuberculosis prevention and control.Conclusions Basic information and management policies information about tuberculosis prevention and control in Shijingshan district are still deficient.The propaganda of tuberculosis prevention and control policy information should be strengthened specially to improve theawareness rate of the core knowledge on tuberculosis prevention and control In the residents.
