婴儿母亲对乳蛋白水解配方奶粉的认知状况调查

摘要 目的了解母亲对乳蛋白水解婴儿配方奶粉的认知状况及其相关因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法抽取336名0~12月龄婴儿母亲作为调查对象,通过问卷调查了解其对乳蛋白水解配方奶粉的认知及相关因素,获得有效问卷299份。结果299名母亲中乳蛋白水解配方奶粉认知得分高的有119人,占39.79%;得分低的有180人,占60.21%。母亲对乳蛋白水解配方奶粉的认知可能与母亲的年龄、文化程度、过敏史、是否通过各种途径了解过乳蛋白水解配方奶粉、是否接受过关于乳蛋白水解配方奶粉的科普宣教、孩子是否患过湿疹有关(P<0.05)。母亲的文化程度越高(OR=5.682,95%CI:1.006-32.095,P=0.049)、通过各种途径了解过乳蛋白水解配方奶粉(OR=13.617-95%CI:6.256-29.640,P=0.000)、接受过关于乳蛋白水解配方奶粉的科普宣教(OR=12.573,95%CI:1.469-105.650,P=0.020)则其对乳蛋白水解配方奶粉的认知率越高。结论母亲对乳蛋白水解配方奶粉的认知受多种因素影响,主要与母亲的文化程度和是否接受健康教育相关,建议积极开展乳蛋白水解配方奶粉知识宣教,并提供尽可能多的宣传平台。 Objective To discover the maternal knowledge on hydrolyzed milk protein infant formula and its related factors.Methods 366 mothers whose baby were 0~12 months old were chosen as participants by convenience sampling.The recognition and its related factors were investigated by questionnaires,and 299 valid questionnaires were obtained.Results Among the 299 mothers,119 had high scores on the knowledge of milk protein hydrolyzed formula,accounting for 39.79%,and 180 had low scores on the knowledge of milk protein hydrolyzed formula,accounting for 60.21%.Knowledge levels may be related to the maternal age,educational level,allergic history,hearing of milk protein hydrolyzed formula or not,accepting introduction to milk protein hydrolyzed formula or not and whether the child had eczema(P<0.05).Mothers who received better education(OR=5.682,95%CI:1.006,32.095,P=0.049),ever heard of milk protein hydrolyzed formula in any way(OR=13.617,95%CI:6.256,29.640,P=0.000)and received introduction to milk protein hydrolyzed formula(OR=12.573,95%CI:1.469,105.650,P=0.020)had a higher recognition rate of milk protein hydrolyzed formula.Conclusions Maternal knowledge on milk protein hydrolyzed formula could be related to multiple factors,of which the major factors were the mothers’educational level and receiving health education.Therefore,relevant agencies should actively conduct education about the knowledge of milk protein hydrolyzed formula and provide as many publicity platforms as possible.
