摘要
根据汽车电动助力转向系统转向轻便性与安全性的要求,基于LabVIEW开发了一套电动助力转向性能试验台测控系统。测控系统输入、输出端的连接与断开均由步进电机控制,实现了连接与断开的自动化控制。同时,系统采用伺服电机对EPS加载不同比例系数的力矩,用来准确模拟汽车在不同车速时转向所受到的转向阻力矩。各种信号由双诺公司的AC6614数据采集卡和各种不同功用的信号传感器采集得到,将得到的数据进行分析处理,然后将处理后的数据绘制成各种曲线并实时显示在计算机屏幕上。对某型汽车的EPS系统进行了基础性能试验,试验结果表明,所设计的EPS试验台测控系统符合试验要求,且性能良好。
According to the portability and safety requirements of electric power steering system,a test system for electric power steering performance test platform has been developed based on LabVIEW software platform.The connection and disconnection of input and output terminals of the measurement and control system are controlled by stepper motors,to achieve automation.Meanwhile,the servo motor is used to load the torque with different ratio coefficients onto the EPS system,in order to accurately simulate the steering resistance moment of the vehicle with different speed.The data acquisition system collects all kinds of signals from AC6614 data acquisition card and all kinds of signal sensors.The processed data are drawn as various curves and displayed on the computer screen in real time.The basic performance test on a certain type of vehicle's EPS system is carried out.The test results show that the designed EPS test bench meets the test requirements and has good performance.
