摘要
介绍了关于聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)表面超声波自动处理机的基本工作原理、及操作控制方式,比较了在全封闭要求下,超声波加搅拌及单独搅拌2种处理方式对聚四氟乙烯产品的表面处理效果,以及比较了自动处理机和手动处理机处理效果。实际运行结果表明,采用超声波加搅拌方式处理聚四氟乙烯产品的合格率比单独搅拌方式高12%以上,说明该超声波自动处理机的设计是可行的。
This paper introduce the basic work principle,equivalent circuit and operation control system of PTFE surface ultrasonic wave automatic treatment machine.Under the full requirement,the surface effect of PTFE products was compared by ultrasonic with stirring and single stirring,and the processing effect of automatic processor and manual processor.The actual operation results show about more than 12%the qualified rate of processing PTFE products by ultrasonic with stirring method than that of the single stirring method.That proves the feasibility of the design.
