大数据时代下江中集团财务共享中心优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Financial Sharing Center in Jiangzhong Group in the Big Data Era

随着全球经济化的飞速发展,互联网技术的大幅提升,有国外兴起的财务共享服务中心已逐渐被国内各大公司推广运用,但是由于该种模式在国内起步较晚,所以财务共享服务中心的推广在国内的发展还存在诸多问题,其组织架构,系统整合等方面都还存在待优化之处。论文从财务共享服务中心的应用效果出发,以采用了财务共享服务中心模式的集团为例,对企业内部系统存在的问题入手,对财务共享服务中心的优化提出一些建议。

With the rapid development of global economy and the rapid improvement of Internet technology,the financial sharing service center arisen abroad has been gradually promoted and applied by major domestic companies.However,since this model started late in China,there are still many problems in the development of financial sharing service center in China,and there are still some areas to be optimized in terms of organizational structure and system integration.This paper starts from the application effect of the financial sharing service center,takes the group adopting the financial sharing service center model as an example,starts with the problems existing in the internal system of the enterprise,and puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of the financial sharing service center.
