Research on Human Capital and Family Income

论文运用2014年CFPS数据实证分析人力资本对家庭收入的影响。研究发现,人力资本对家庭收入具有显著正向影响。具体来说,户主健康程度、家庭成年人口数量、户主教育程度以及户主金融素养水平对家庭收入都具有显著的正向激励。且不同层次的人力资本对家庭收入的影响具有差异性。较高层次的金融素养和教育程度比低层次的健康程度和成年人口数量产生的正向激励作用会更大。此外我们还发现,我国居民的金融素养和教育程度偏低。

This paper uses the 2014 CFPS data to empirically analyze the impact of human capital on family income.The study found that human capital has a significant positive impact on family income.Specifically,the health of the family head,the number of family adults,the education level of the family head,and the level of financial literacy of the family head have significant positive incentives for family income.And the impact of different levels of human capital on family income is different.Higher levels of financial literacy and education are more positive than low-level health and adult population.In addition,we also found that the financial literacy and education of Chinese residents are low.
