脓毒症患者血清SOD水平与病情及预后的关系探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的检测不同病情脓毒症患者血清超氧化物酶歧化酶(SOD)水平与炎症指标,探讨SOD水平与病情及预后的关系。方法收集78例脓毒症患者,其中脓毒症休克24例,脓毒症未休克54例,另选健康体检者20例为对照组,检测并比较入院时的白细胞计数(WBC)、肌酐(Cr)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、乳酸(LAC)及SOD水平。结果脓毒症患者的SOD水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而WBC、PT、APTT、FIB和Cr水平明显高于对照组(均P<0.05);脓毒症休克组SOD水平低于脓毒症未休克组(P<0.05);PT、Cr、PCT、CRP、LAC水平明显高于脓毒症未休克组(均P<0.05);死亡组的SOD水平虽低于存活组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);死亡组的PT、Cr、PCT、CRP、LAC水平明显高于存活组(均P<0.05);脓毒症患者的SOD水平与FIB、Cr、CRP和PCT水平均呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论脓毒症患者的SOD水平明显降低,脓毒症休克患者降低更加明显,可作为评估脓毒症患者病情及预后的参考。 Objective To investigate the correlation of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity with the disease severity in patients with sepsis.Methods Twenty four septic shock patients,54 septic patients and 20 healthy subjects(control group)were enrolled in the study.White blood cell(WBC),creatinine(Cr),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),lactic acid(LAC)and SOD activity were measured.Results There were significant differences in SOD activity between septic patients and the control group(P<0.05),as well as in WBC,PT,APTT,FIB and Cr(all P<0.05).There was significant different in SOD activity between septic patients and the septic shock patients(P<0.05),as well as in PT,Cr,PCT,CRP and LAC(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SOD activity between non-survival septic patients and the survival septic patients(P>0.05);however there was significant difference between these two groups in PT,Cr,PCT,CRP and LAC(all P<0.05).SOD activity was negatively correlated with FIB,Cr,CRP and PCT(all P<0.05)in septic patients.Conclusion The serumactivity of SOD is decreased in septic patients,which is correlated with the disease severity of septic patients.
