医护人员对足踝创伤患者VAS评分的差异性研究

Difference of visual analog score for patients with foot and ankle trauma reported between doctors and nurses

目的探讨医护对足踝创伤患者VAS评分是否存在差异。方法2015年6月—2018年6月重庆市大足区人民医院收治因足踝创伤行住院治疗的258例患者,男性131例,女性127例;年龄33~52岁,平均45.0岁。按治疗方式不同分为手术组(129例)和非手术组(129例),分别由医护对每一位患者进行术前VAS评分,比较两组患者及每组患者之间医护对其VAS评分的差异。结果手术组中,医生对患者VAS评分平均(5.9±2.3)分,护士平均(3.5±2.1)分,医生对患者的VAS评分显著高于护士(P<0.05)。非手术组中,医生对患者的VAS评分平均(4.1±2.3)分,护士平均(3.3±2.2)分,医生对患者的评分显著高于护士(P<0.05)。两组患者比较,手术组中医护评分平均差值(2.4±2.2)分,非手术组中医护评分平均差值(0.8±1.8)分,手术组显著高于非手术组(P<0.05)。结论医护人员对足踝创伤患者VAS评分具有显著差异。

Objective To examine whether there was difference of visual analog score for patients with foot and ankle trauma reported between doctors and nurses.Methods From Jun.2015 to Jun.2018,a total of 258 patients of foot and ankle wound treated in the Dazu District People's Hospital were divided into operative group(129 cases)and non-operative group(129 cases).Patients in the operative group received open reduction and internal fixation,and patients in the non-operative group received manual reduction and plaster fixation.Difference of visual analog score for patients between the two groups and reported between doctors and nurses were compared.Results In operative group,the VAS score reported to the doctor was(5.9±2.3),which was significantly higher than that reported to the nursing staff(3.5±2.1),P<0.05.In non-operative group,the VAS score reported to the doctor was(4.1±2.3),which was also significantly higher than that reported to the nursing staff(3.5±2.1),P<0.05.The mean difference between reported scores was significantly higher for operative patients(2.4±2.2)compared to non-operative patients(0.8±1.8),P<0.05.Conclusion There was difference between doctors and nurses for VAS evaluation of foot and ankle trauma patients.
