摘要
桡骨远端骨折通常伴有尺骨头颈部骨折。尺骨远端参与下尺桡关节(DRUJ)稳定,对腕关节的屈伸及前臂的旋转功能有重要意义。因DRUJ与三角纤维软骨复合体(TFCC)相互作用的复杂性,使治疗尺骨头颈骨折具有很大的挑战性,同时也极具争议性。不当治疗会给患者腕关节的功能恢复带来障碍,甚至导致腕关节的僵硬或创伤性关节炎。近年来对其治疗策略有所改变。本文总结并描述尺骨头颈部骨折的分型,并结合现阶段治疗方式的进展作一综述。
Distal radius fractures are often accompanied by ulna head and neck fractures.The distal ulna is involved in the stability of the distal radioulnar joint(DRUJ),which is of great significance to the flexion and extension of the wrist and the rotation of the forearm.Due to the complexity of the interactions between the inferior ulnar radial joint and the triangular fibrocartilage complex(TFCC),the treatment of ulnar head and neck fractures is challenging and controversial.Improper treatment will bring a lot of obstacles to the recovery of the function of the wrist,and even lead to the stiffness of the wrist or traumatic arthritis.The treatment strategies of ulna head and neck fractures have changed in recent years.This paper summarizes and describes the classification of ulna head and neck fractures,and reviews the current progress of treatment methods.
