摘要 针对国内微纳卫星星箭分离试验技术尚不成熟且无统一规范的现状,提出了一种适用于微纳卫星星箭分离技术验证的试验方案及数据处理方法。对现有的星箭分离技术进行了分析对比和选择,在此基础上,设计了一种新型的星箭分离试验系统,详述了试验流程和数据处理方法。以某微纳卫星为研究对象,进行了分离试验,有效获取了分离运动参数和冲击加速度响应数据。结果表明:分离参数和冲击响应满足试验大纲要求,验证了所提出的星箭分离试验技术的可行性。该试验系统基于现有的成熟技术和设备进行设计而成,具有装置简单、成本低、适应性好、精度高等特点,可用于后续工程实际。 Considering that domestic micro-satellite separation technology is undeveloped and lack of standardization,a method for validation of micro-satellite separation and data-processing is proposed.At first,the existing satellite separation technologies are compared.Then based on that,a new satellite separation test system is put forward,and test process and data-processing are described in detail.Finally,taking a micro-satellite as test objective,perform separation test,and obtain separation motion parameters and impact acceleration response data.The test result validates efficiency of the test method proposed.The test system are improvement of existing technology and device,and it can be applied in subsequent engineering practice for advantages of simplicity,low cost,high accuracy and good adaptability.
