Comparative Study on the Performance of Multi-target Edge Detection in SAR Images

边缘检测在SAR图像处理中有重要的作用。介绍SAR成像原理和边缘检测算子,为选择最优的边缘检测算子,采用Matlab中5种常用边缘检测算子Roberts、Sobel、Prewitt、Log、Canny进行SAR图像多目标边缘检测仿真实验。边缘检测对比结果表明,针对SAR图像边缘检测,各检测方法有其自身特点,对SAR图像处理操作员有一定的指导价值。

Edge detection plays an important role in SAR image processing.The principle of SAR imaging and edge detection operators are introduced.In order to select the optimal edge detection operator,the simulation experiment of SAR image multi-target edge detection are carried out by using five common edge detection operators in Matlab.The results of edge detection show that,for SAR image edge detection,each detection method has its own characteristics,and has certain guiding value for SAR image processing operators.
