基于UG_CAM模块非标零件的模具设计与数控加工 被引量:11

摘要 该非标零件主要应用于船舶设备上,其结构较复杂,采用传统机械加工方式加工,工序复杂、生产效率较低,且长期处在高速重载的工作环境下磨损严重极易发生疲劳破坏、断裂,其直接影响船舶设备的正常运行。因此论文针对该零件进行模具设计与制造,考虑该部件的使用场合、结构形式以及材料性能,需采用无余量精密锻造工艺进行加工。利用UG软件对该部件进行模具设计,模具采用一模两腔的结构形式;利用UG软件的CAM模块编制加工程序,根据企业的实际生产条件,制定模具加工工艺方案,采用加工中心等设备制造出该模具。生产实践证明该模具制作的零部件精度高、物理性能良好满足使用要求,生产效率高、适合大批量生产。 The non-standard parts are mainly used in ship equipment.Because of the complex structure,the process is complex and the production efficiency is low by using traditional machining method.Under the working environment of high speed and heavy load for a long time,the part is easily damaged and broken by fatigue,which directly affects the normal operation of the ship equipment.The die design and manufacturing of a non-standard part are researched in this paper.Considering the use occasion,structure form and material properties of the part,the non-margin precision forging process is adopted for machining.This paper proposes to use UG software to design the die for the part.The structure of one module and two cavities is adopted.According to the actual production conditions of the enterprise,the die processing process plan is formulated.The CAM module of UG software is used to compile the machining program and the die is manufactured by the machining center.The production practice proves that the part produced by the die have high precision,good physical performance and meet the requirements of use,which greatly improves the production efficiency of precision forging and is suitable for mass production.
