摘要
某新型舰载发控仪初样机在抗冲击试验时机柜产生了裂纹,故而需要进行结构强化设计并重新进行抗冲击性能考核,针对该问题论文应用ANSYS对机柜进行仿真,通过瞬态动力学分析法对机柜抗冲击特性进行分析并对其薄弱部位进行了加强设计,并对加强后结构的仿真结果进行对比,机柜改进后样机成功通过抗冲击试验,证明了该分析方法的有效性。
A new type of shipborne launch console occurred cracks on the cabinet during impact test.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the cabinet and retest its impact resistance performance.In this paper,ANSYS is used to simulate the cabinet,the cabinet's impact resistance properties are analyzed by means of transient dynamic analysis,then the weak points are strengthened and the simulation results with the original structure are compared.The cabinet prototype successfully passes the impact test after strengthened,which proves the effectiveness of this paper's analysis method.
