摘要
如何合理地进行可中断负荷的电价补偿是实施可中断负荷过程中亟需解决的问题,为此,提出基于Nash协商模型的可中断负荷补偿方案。首先根据用户的类型、中断电量和提前通知时间,建立相应的中断成本函数;然后选择供电公司对用户的补偿策略,并在所选择的中断策略下建立供电公司与用户的收益模型;接着从供应链收益最大化的角度出发,计算供电公司与用户的中断收益,并基于Nash协商模型进行收益的再分配,进一步提高用户收益。算例分析结果表明,所提出的补偿方案能有效激励用户和供电公司积极参与实施可中断负荷。
How to reasonably make electricity price compensation for interruptible load is an urgent problem to solve.Therefore,a kind of interruptible load compensation scheme based on Nash negotiation model is proposed.Firstly according to user types,interruptible power and advanced notice time,the interruptible cost function was established.Then the compensation strategy for the users was selected and a revenue model for the power supply companies and the users was built.Starting from revenue maximization of the supply chain,interruptible revenues of the power supply companies and the users were calculated and redistribution of revenues based on the Nash negotiation model was made for further improve users’revenue.The example analysis indicates that the proposed compensation scheme can effectively motivate the users and power supply companies actively participate in implementing interruptible load.
