桑叶总黄酮提取工艺的研究 被引量:6

摘要 考察提取次数、提取乙醇浓度、溶剂倍数、提取时间、提取温度对桑叶总黄酮提取效果的影响,在单因素实验基础上采用L9(3^4)正交试验进行工艺参数的优化,确定最佳提取工艺。实验结果显示桑叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺(提取两次)为:50%乙醇、24倍溶剂、提取2.5h、温度80℃,黄酮得率可达1.53%。3组验证提取结果显示:正交试验得到的最佳工艺稳定可靠,提取率高,为桑叶的应用提供参考和依据。 The effects of extraction times,ethanol concentration,solvent multiple,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction effect of total flavonoids from mulberry leaves were investigated,On the basis of single factor experiment,4 factors 3 levels of orthogonal testing method was used to optimize the process parameters to determine the optimal extraction technique,The best technological conditions(twice extraction)were as follows:24 times 50%ethanol as solvent,extraction for 2.5 hours,temperature 80℃,the flavonoids yield reached 1.53%,Three verification extraction showed that the best condition obtained by orthogonal test is stable and reliable,This provides reference and basis for application of mulberry leaves.
