食品安全网络舆情应对调查——基于四川省代表城市调查分析

Survey on Internet Public Opinion Response to Food Safety——Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Representative Cities in Sichuan Province

本文调研了我省监管机构食品安全网络舆情应对工作现状和民众在食品安全网络舆情中的心理及应对状态。结果表明,监管机构有较完善的食品安全网络舆情应对体系;民众对监管机构进行食品安全网络舆情的监控与引导工作持理解态度,并认为自身对食品安全知识的熟悉、政府相关行政监督部门在安全事件发生后作出及时准确的回应、以及网络媒体负责任的报道是影响食品安全网络舆情正确走向的重要因素。最后,本文对政府行政监管部门的相关工作提出了一些建议。

The current situation of response of the regulatory agencies about the internet public opinion response to food safety in our province and the psychology and response status of the public in food safety network public opinion were investigated in this paper.The results showed that the regulatory agencies had a good response system to food safety network public opinion.The public had an understanding of the supervision and guidance of the internet public opinion response to food safety by the regulatory agencies,and believed that their familiarity with food safety knowledge,timely and accurate response by relevant government administrative supervision departments after the occurrence of safety incidents,and responsible reporting by the network media were the important factors influencing the correct trend of public opinion on food safety network.Finally,some suggestions on the related work of the government administrative supervision department were put forward in this paper.
