摘要
为强化学生创新意识和CDIO工程实践能力,从实践教学标准、实践教学设计、实践教学平台、实践教学评价等四个方面系统构建食品专业CDIO“四位一体”实践教学体系。CDIO“四位一体”实践教学体系符合应用型创新人才的培养目标,具有广泛的应用及推广价值。
The“four-in-one”practical teaching system was systematically constructed from standards,design,platform and evaluation of practical teaching in order to strengthen students'innovation consciousness and CDIO engineering practice ability.Which meets the training target of applied innovative talents,and that merits spreading and applying extensively.
