清热祛湿汤治疗肛肠病术后患者60例价值评价

Evaluation of 60 cases of postoperative patients with anorectal disease treated with Qingre Qushi decoction

目的研究清热祛湿汤治疗肛肠病术后患者60例的临床价值。方法选取本院2016年9月至2018年1月期间收治的肛肠病术后患者60例,依据治疗方法的不同,分为实验组和参照组,各30例。参照组实施常规西药对症治疗,实验组在参照组基础上加用清热祛湿汤治疗,对比两组患者的临床价值。结果参照组的总有效率,显著低于实验组的总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组的临床症状评分,显著高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论清热祛湿汤可有效改善肛肠病术后患者的症状,治疗效果十分显著,值得深入到临床中推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical value of Qingre Qushi decoction in the treatment of 60 patients with anorectal disease.Methods 60 patients with postoperative anorectal disease admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into experimental group and reference group,30 patients in each group.Symptomatic treatment of conventional western medicine,the experimental group was treated with Qingre Qushi decoction on the basis of the reference group,and the clinical value of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The total effective rate of the reference group was significantly lower than the total effective rate of the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score of the reference group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Qushi decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of postoperative patients with anorectal disease,and the treatment effect is very significant.It is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
