摘要
为了进一步完善外螺纹的冷滚压成形工艺,基于外螺纹的三滚丝轮滚压原理,利用UG软件建立外螺纹工件的三滚丝轮滚压的简化分析模型,在有限元分析软件中对外螺纹的冷滚压成形过程进行模拟。仿真结果表明:在外螺纹工件的冷滚压过程中,工件和滚丝轮之间的作用力分布在工件表面接触区域,在接触点的等效应力最大。分析验证了外螺纹滚压过程中,滚丝轮所需的驱动扭矩大小与滚丝轮半径和切向载荷的乘积近似相等的理论计算结论。
In order to further improve the cold rolling forming process of the external thread,this paper,based on the principle of three-roller rolling of external thread,has established a simple model of the three-roller rolling of externally threaded workpiece by using UG software and simulated the cold rolling forming process of external thread by using the finite element software.The results show that during the cold rolling process of the externally threaded workpiece,the force between the workpiece and the rolling wheel is in the contact area of the workpiece surface,and the equivalent stress at the contact point is the largest;The analysis results verified that the torque of the rolling thread can be approximated by the product of the tangential load of the rolling wheel and the radius of the rolling wheel.
