油田管杆检修期环境影响因素分析

江汉油田管杆检修站在对油管、抽油杆进行清洗并修复时会对周边环境产生一定程度的污染,其污染因素主要包括油管、抽油杆回场堆放对土地造成的污染,油管清洗过程中对土地及大气的污染,以及清洗、试压过程产生的噪声污染。成立环评小组,通过对污染环境因素进行分析、识别、评价,认为污泥水和噪声产生的污染属于中级,其他为一般。针对分析结果,有的放矢,采取有效措施,有效降低了管杆检修对环境的污染。

When the oil pipe rod is cleaned and repaired,it will cause some pollution to the surrounding environment.The pollution factors mainly include the soil pollution caused by the backpacking of the oil pipe rod,the soil and air pollution caused by the oil pipe cleaning,and the noise pollution caused by the cleaning and pressure test.An environmental impact assessment team is set up to analyze,identify and evaluate the environmental pollution factors and considers that the pollution caused by sludge water and noise belongs to the intermediate level and the others are common levels.Targeted at the analysis results,effective measures are taken to effectively reduce the environmental pollution caused by pipe and rod maintenance.
