井下作业成本管理水平提升的实践与思考

摘要 针对老油田井下作业成本大幅度压减,稳产难度大的情况,清河采油厂开展了井下作业成本管理方法的探讨,通过深入分析目前井下作业成本管控存在的问题,提出有针对性的管控措施,并在实际管理过程中付诸实践,全员成本管理意识增强,作业质量效益显著提升,取得了明显的成效。 In view of the large reduction of downhole operating cost in old oilfields and the difficulty of stable production,Qinghe Oil Production Plant has carried out the exploration of the method of downhole operating cost management.Through in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the management and control of downhole operating costs,targeted control measures are put forward and put into practice in the actual management process.As a result,remarkable results are achieved:All staff's awareness of cost management is enhanced and the operation quality and efficiency are significantly improved.
